This means that we will repair or replace your product free of charge in the unlikely event that it malfunctions due to factory defect or mechanical failure. We cannot offer this service for defects that result from abuse, misuse, or improper care and maintenance.

If the product, pattern or colour has been discontinued, we’ll replace it with a product of similar style and value
